Lauren brings more than 20 years of experience as a workplace strategist and design leader, and her impact is felt across the way we work with clients from the very beginning of an engagement. She has spent her career partnering with senior leadership teams to define goals, align vision and guide the decisions that shape meaningful outcomes. While that work starts with conversation, it carries through every stage of a project.
Her experience spans large corporate headquarters, professional services environments, and complex workplace transformations for growing organizations navigating change. Across each of those project types, Lauren has earned a reputation as a trusted facilitator who can bring clarity to complex priorities, build alignment across stakeholders,and translate big-picture intent into practical direction that teams can move forward with.
